Antique Charles Martin French Limoges Saucers - 1891 to 1930 - Sold PER Dish - Trinket Dishes - Bright Pink Green Floral Design - Gold Rim

SOLD PER SAUCER/ DISH - 2 Available

A late 19th/ early 20th century pattern by Charles Martin Limoges France. This is a porcelain saucer dish to a tea cup (tea cup is NOT PRESENT) in a brightly colored - pink and green - scrolling flower design with gold accent detailing on the exterior rim and interior rim/ lip/ area for a tea cup. Based on the mark these saucers were produced between 1891 to the mid-1930s. Based on the styling of this pattern, I would date prior to 1925.

Pieces could be used with other tea cups or repurposed as a small trinket dish, etc.

Overall good, antique condition with signs of wear to painted design areas throughout and to the gold detailing of the saucers. The wear to the painted areas does not detract from the overall appearance of the piece.

One saucer has a small, pinpoint black/ brown spot + a small, pinpoint production glaze skip on the interior of the saucer. Please ask for additional photos. I have more photos available but can only include 10 for the listing.

Markings:
- Marked on bottom, Limoges France
- Mark is recognized as by Charles Martin

Measurements:
- Diameter: 5 1/2" inches round
- Height: approx. 3/4" inches tall

Condition:
- Overall good antique condition
- Signs of age, use, wear to each piece
- Signs of wear include: Wear to gold detailing on the exterior rim and the interior detailing indentation for tea cup, wear/ paint loss to the intricate design in spots throughout. Wear does not detract from the overall beauty of the piece.
- One saucer has a small, pinpoint black/ brown spot + a small, pinpoint production glaze skip on the interior of the saucer.
- Light signs of wear present on the back of each saucer
